The PUC Club Baseball Team is hosting a Madden Tournament to kick off the Spring Semester! Everyone is invited to play, so tell all your friends! This is a fundraiser to help us going into our inaugural season, so come on out and support PUC's first baseball team in over 30 years.

Date: Saturday, January 27, 2007
Time: Registration starts at 9:00 AM, games start at 10:00 AM.
Place: Purdue Calumet Student Union - Calumet Falls TV room
Entry Fee: $20
System: PlayStation 2

Prizes:
1st Place - $100
2nd Place - $50
3rd Place - $25

Rules:

1. We will have 8 TVs running simultaneously.
2. Difficulty level is All Madden.
3. Quarter length will be 3 minutes. Final Four games will be 5 minute quarters.
4. Single elimination.
5. No memory cards, outside controllers, custom profiles, or playbooks allowed.
6. Players will pick a standard NFL team (no all star, etc) at registration and must use that team throughout the tournament.
7. Onside kicks not allowed unless the game is in the 2nd half and you are losing.
8. No manual blocking of any kick (kickoff, punt, PAT) is allowed. If the computer blocks a kick, that is OK (to prevent cheating via glitches).

Disregarding tournament rules will result in possible disqualification and removal from the premises. All decisions on games and rules violations are final. PUC Police will be on site to assist with security.

All proceeds from this tournament will go directly to support the 2007 Season of the Purdue Calumet Club Baseball Team.
