In recognition of Women’s History Month and Disability Awareness Month, the Purdue University Calumet Library Art Gallery is featuring the following: The work of Andrea Pepler Murray. A May 2004 PUC Communication and Creative Arts graduate, her watercolor and collage exhibit tells the story of a Native American maiden. Andrea Pepler-Murray also serves as a mentor through the Perkins Mentoring Center, and is known around the campus as the “Wheelchair Warrior.” Andrea feels that “since March is both Women’s History Month and Disability Awareness Month, it’s the appropriate time to display her work.” Here are some of her work
